Challenges
Procraft Cabinetry faced many challenges while independently handling business data entries and dealer communication. Some of those challenges were lengthy order processes, uncalculated shipping fees, miscommunication with dealers, generating proper labels, and manual calculation and entry of Sales Rep commission and work sheets. These challenges directly affected the flow of business operations and consumer experience, creating a bigger issue of brand awareness.
Solutions
K365 consulted with Procraft cabinetry to understand the ends and outs of their whole business process, in order to find the best custom solution for our client. We put together a Mind Map and built an entire infrastructure, so that Procraft could enable online dealer orders. With our new dealer portal, Procraft Cabinetry, can now allow dealers to place online orders themselves, and those orders will auto populate and sync to their management systems, such as SAP and Monday.com. It was the first of K365’s Projects where we implemented a Dealer Portal and changed the whole flow of a Purchase Cycle. Unlike a Standard E-commerce where there is a Homepage, Listing and Product Page, etc., our website was completely for the B2B Customers and had an Inverted flow where Dealers would be able to complete their purchases within 4 simple steps after logging into the portal. Our custom system turned out to be such a robust solution that Procraft has implemented it into several of their locations across the United States, over the years.
